When you create an account, we store your email address and hashed password via Supabase Auth. We track usage metrics (session count, suggestion count, minutes used) to enforce plan limits.
Audio captured by the app is streamed directly to Deepgram for transcription. Audio data is processed in real time and is not stored by us. Transcripts exist only in the app's memory during a session and are discarded when the app is closed.
Conversation transcripts are sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate suggestions. If you use the screenshot feature, screen captures are sent to the same API. These are processed in real time and are not stored by us after the response is generated.
If you add profile context (Prime plan), that text is stored in your account and included in AI requests to personalize answers.
Payments are processed by Lava.top. We do not store credit card numbers or payment details. We receive confirmation of successful payments to activate your plan.
Account data is retained while your account is active. Usage metrics are aggregated monthly. You can request account deletion by contacting us.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting support@meetingcopilot.app.
We may update this policy. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
